The rooms are linked to the kitchens and bathrooms and are therefore shared with a number of other residents; kitchen with a maximum of 5 people and the bathrooms with a maximum of 3 people.

**Layout**
The building is located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors and has its own entrance;

**2nd floor**
At the rear there is a spacious luxury kitchen with built-in appliances and a large refrigerator. Separate toilet. Bedroom 1 is spacious and is located at the rear of the building. Room 2 is located at the front, also one of the most spacious rooms. Between the 2 rooms there is a luxurious spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious bathroom furniture. Laundry room 1 is also located on this floor.

**3rd floor**
There are 4 bedrooms on this floor, all of which have their own charm, one has a balcony and the other room is slightly larger or brighter. Something for everyone! There is a 2nd toilet on this floor.

**4th floor**
On the top floor there are 2 charming rooms with sloping high ceilings. Between these 2 rooms there is a 2nd kitchen and 2 bathrooms, both with a walk-in shower and washbasin. There is enough space on the landing for a washing machine and dryer.
