What does our work process look like for you?
- We record your property; photograph it and advise you on the rental price and the
way to rent it out. - We present your property to various potential tenants and companies on our website
www.benhousing.nl rental platform Pararius, Funda and many other housing websites, among others. Besides this website, Ben Housing is active on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, among others. - We conduct viewings with potential tenants and provide them with information about
the home and its surroundings. - We introduce interested potential tenants to you by email with the required
documents attached. - The tenant is screened by us and a financial check is carried out by EDR.
- After your approval, we draw up the rental agreement and any guarantee agreement
for you according to the General Conditions (determined by law in the Netherlands) - After the tenant has signed, we collect the rent and the agreed security deposit and
transfer these amounts to you. - Before your tenant rents your property, the Ben Housing team will prepare a check-in
report.
