Holiday Villa Rein is a completely new holiday villa in Renesse that is a 10 -minute walk from the beach and the cozy village center of Renesse!

The villa is situated on the rear plot of the Villa/Bungalow Park “Duinoord” and therefore offers a lot of privacy. The holiday villa was transformed from a small bungalow to a real Zeeland house in 2022 and has a Scandinavian house style. Due to the extra floor that is built on it, extra space has been created. The house has 4 bedrooms with all a 2-person box spring, a TV and enough space for clothing and the like. The villa has 2 bathrooms.

The garden (approximately 450 m2) is equipped with 3 terraces, 2 of which are covered and has a spacious parking area where 4 cars can be parked. The garden is equipped with a cast iron gate and can therefore be closed. Outside on the terrace is a delicious lounge set and a dining area where you can, for example, enjoy BBQ! (BBQ Blackbastard is available)

Ground floor

On the ground floor is the cozy living room with open luxury kitchen. (Induction 4-burner hob, dishwasher, Smeg fridge with freezer compartment, 2nd built-in fridge, oven, microwave, laundry & drying machine). In the kitchen there is a cozy dining area that can be delicious. There is a spacious bedroom at the front. Bathroom 1 is also on the ground floor at the rear. This is equipped with a nice shower cubicle, a sink with furniture and a toilet. At the wonderful seating area there is an electric fireplace that gives a lot of warmth and cosiness on the somewhat colder days. On the large corner sofa you can “fiddle”, read a book or watch television.

1st floor

Through the handmade wooden staircase you will arrive at the upper floor with 3 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub and a double sink. The 2nd toilet is separate and is located in the hallway opposite the bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a 2-person bed, TV and wardrobe/rack. The entire upper floor is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.

Garden

The garden has a spacious parking space where 4 cars can be parked. There are 3 terraces attached to the house, 2 of which are covered; One of them is at the rear of the house and has a nice lounge set and a dining area. The kitchen is adjacent to this terrace, very practical for a delicious BBQ/dinner!

Plants will be added to the garden in the short term; Grass sods will be placed and a hedge will also be placed in order to ensure sufficient privacy.
